G.L.O.M. Transitional Housing\u00a0 also known as G.L.O.M.\u00a0 THP is a California based 501(c)3 non-profit corporation that was formed in June 2023.\u00a0 Our corporation was founded by our founder Dr. Allen S. Turner with the intent of addressing the ongoing need for housing for homeless and disenfranchised individuals and families.\u00a0 California as a state has the largest percentage of homelessness in our country.\u00a0 For this reason, our founder and leadership felt the call to address this by opening over 20 facilities throughout our state to address this grave concern. The department of Housing and Urban development found more than 650,000 people are living in shelters or outside on the streets, in tents or in cars each night. That’s up by 12% from the year before.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Our non-profit corporation G.L.O.M. Transitional Housing Program has a pathway to wellness model to assist individuals in transitioning from homelessness as well as our Reentry population (men and women transitioning from incarceration back into society) to a rewarding and sustainable life.\u00a0 Our program provides:<\/p>

Full residential care<\/strong> – Clean, safe and secure residential care with 24-hour supervision including 3 meals and 2 snacks per day, semi-monthly haircuts, clothes, community outings and life skill courses.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Case management services<\/strong> – \u00a0which include assisting our clients to obtain their state identification cards, signing up for Medicare or Medicaid, signing up for Social Security or disability, employment services, Group Rehabilitation Counseling, Individual Rehabilitation counseling, transportation to court appointments and other appointments and being the liaison between the client and any agency.<\/p>

Clinical Services<\/strong> \u2013 Our licensed therapist provide clinical services that range from Assessments, treatment and care planning, individual therapy, group psychotherapy sessions, crisis interventions and family and reunification counseling.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Psychiatry Services<\/strong> \u2013 Our psychiatrist and nurses provide Psychiatric services which include assessments, medication management and crisis evaluations.<\/p>

Medical Services<\/strong> \u2013 Our doctors and nurses serve as Primary care physicians or as needed medical services assisting with physicals and emergency appointments as needed along with medication prescribing.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Our company has opened and licensed our first facilities in California and are now expanding our reach to several states in our union such as Georgia, Texas, Alabama, Mississippi, Detroit and Maryland.\u00a0 We are excited to now through our affiliate GLOM Global Franchising LLC, provide franchising opportunities to franchisees using our service model and now reaching individuals suffering from substance abuse in now over 39 states throughout the United States.\u00a0 These franchisees will be trained and will be provided our operational manuals and Standard Operating Procedures to establish and run more facilities throughout our country.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
