The Re-Entry Program Manager will oversee and implement programs designed to support individuals successfully reintegrate into society after incarceration. The Director will oversee a region which will include two facility homes. The Program Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational management of the program.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Job Type: Full Time<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Pay: Starting at $95,000<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Work Location: Stockton, CA<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li5\">Oversee, develop and implement comprehensive reentry programs, including job training, education, substance abuse treatment, mental heal services and other support services as needed.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li5\">Oversee all things program development, staff supervision, compliance with funding and regulatory requirements, and community partnership.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li5\">Stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging trends in reentry programs and services.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li5\">Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary changes to improve outcomes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li5\">Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding reentry programs <span class=\"s2\">\u2022 Strong understanding of the challenges faced by people reentering society after incarceration and be able to develop <\/span>effective programs to address these challenges<\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\">\u2022 Organization of the work of the facility and delegation of responsibilities to staff members.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li6\">\u2022 Being a part of Recruitment, appointment, evaluation, and termination of staff.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li7\">Overseeing and maintaining up to date employee records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<\/p><p class=\"p2\">QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li9\">High School Diploma or GED<\/li>\n<li class=\"li9\">Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a reentry program or similar social service program<\/li>\n<li class=\"li9\">Minimum of (2) years of experience in reentry services or related field<\/li>\n<li class=\"li9\">Strong knowledge of the criminal justice system and the challenges faced by individuals reentering society<\/li>\n<li class=\"li9\">Knowledge of psychiatric illness and its treatment.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li9\">Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with individuals and groups.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li9\">MS Office Suite proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li9\">Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li9\">Proven track record with maintaining strict confidentiality and appropriately work with sensitive information\/documents.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li9\">Excellent verbal, written, communication, and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li class=\"li9\">PPD test for tuberculosis and satisfactory results.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li9\">CCL approved FBI and DOJ criminal background clearances.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li9\">Valid driver\u2019s license.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li9\">CPR\/First Aid\/BLS certification.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Authorized to work in the U.S.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\">\n<\/p><p class=\"p2\">PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li11\">Ability to climb stairs multiple times a day and be able to lift and\/or carry up to 25 pounds.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li11\">Ability to sit, rise, kneel, squat, twist, pull bend multiple times a day.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\">Ability to walk with items in hand, grasp and reach as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li12\">Ability to perform with
