This includes but not limited to weekly individual\/group meetings to discuss case management and clients outcomes. Providing clinical expertise in documentation, treatment planning, and compliance with Medi-Cal Short Doyle. Reviewing case notes for accuracy and consistency with treatment planning. In cases where necessary, provide clinical interventions to clients requiring additional support.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">Job Type: Full Time<\/p><p class=\"p3\">Pay: $95,000<\/p><p class=\"p3\">Work Location: Stockton, CA<\/p><p class=\"p4\">DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li5\">Responsible for providing both administrative and clinical weekly supervision of Therapist who are registrants with BBS and\/or student interns.<\/li><li class=\"li6\">Facilitate Group Clinical Supervision<\/li><li class=\"li6\">Provide daily supervision, training, and evaluation for Clinicians.<\/li><li class=\"li6\">Provide ongoing consultations, specifically crisis consultations to clinicians.<\/li><li class=\"li6\">Provide clinical trainings to Clinicians for ongoing professional development.<\/li><li class=\"li5\">Assistance with ensuring staff is following protocols, policies and procedures and other assignments related to the development and coordination of practice improvement within the assigned program.<\/li><li class=\"li5\">In collaboration with the intake department and program staff leaders, works in establishing monthly, quarterly and\/or annual reports and reviews in tracking staff productivity and\/or other related departmental deliverables.<\/li><li class=\"li5\">Facilitates the day-to-day operations of the clinical services, ensuring appropriate delivery of care.<\/li><li class=\"li5\">Collaborate with Program Administrators and Recovery Management as needed regarding day-to-day operations regarding the clinical services provided.<\/li><li class=\"li5\">Provide support to staff as needed by assessing clients\u2019 mental health condition based on review of clients<span class=\"s3\">\u2019 <\/span>information, interviews, observation, tests, and collaboration with other GLOM staff members.<\/li><li class=\"li6\">Assures clinical documentation is compliant with regulations, policy and procedures and is complete and accurate.<\/li><li class=\"li6\">Organize and conduct regular care planning meetings and supervision.<\/li><li class=\"li6\">Assess the educational and training needs of clinical staff.<\/li><li class=\"li6\">Maintains appropriate professional boundaries.<\/li><li class=\"li6\">Implement and monitor multiple systems, including clinical documentation, personnel, and records.<\/li><li class=\"li6\">Participates in internal and external organization meetings and training as directed by the Clinical Director and\/or CEO.<\/li><li class=\"li5\">Maintains an awareness of applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements as they relate to client documentation.<\/li><li class=\"li5\">Assumes accountability for providing appropriate documentation of all therapy\/counseling sessions, significant incident occurrences, phone conversations, etc. consistent with applicable regulatory requirements as well as provides oversite with ensuring staff in compliance with daily required documentation.<\/li><li class=\"li6\">Responsible for the maintenance of client files.<\/li><li class=\"li5\">Assures that all needed releases of information and other paperwork are present in the file and up to date. Promptly requests new or additional information and paperwork as needed.<\/li><li class=\"li6\">Monitor, Co Sign and Approve MHRW, Case Management and Clinicians\u2019 documentation.<\/li><li class=\"li4\">Other duties as assigned.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p2\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"p2\">QUALIFICATIONS<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li6\">Master\u2019s degree in social work or a related field with a license by the Board of Behavioral Science as LCSW and\/or LMFT.<\/li><li class=\"li5\">2 \u2013 5+ years\u2019 experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services to a full range of individuals from youth through adulthood.<\/li><li class=\"li4\">CPR\/First Aid\/BLS certification.<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li8\">Must be at least 21 years of age.<\/li><li class=\"li8\">Authorized to work in the U.S.<\/li><li class=\"li8\">PPD test for tuberculosis and satisfactory results.<\/li><li class=\"li8\">FBI and DOJ criminal background clearances.<\/li><li class=\"li8\">Free from state sanctions.<\/li><li class=\"li8\">Valid driver license.<\/li><li class=\"li8\">DMV printout, valid.<\/li><li class=\"li8\">Maintain professional licensure and\/or certification throughout employment with GLOM.<\/li><li class=\"li8\">Act as a team member providing input and reporting observations and concerns regarding client care.<\/li><li class=\"li5\">Be able to present or willing to achieve the necessary Clinical Supervision Approved CEUS in accordance with BBS requirement.<\/li><li class=\"li6\">Demonstrate the ability to act as part of a team in an appropriate manner in a crisis.<\/li><li class=\"li5\">Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, in an often-ambiguous environment.<\/li><li class=\"li6\">Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with individuals and groups.<\/li><li class=\"li6\">MS Office Suite proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.<\/li><li class=\"li5\">Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.<\/li><li class=\"li6\">Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients&#8217; treatment.<\/li><li class=\"li6\">Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li><li class=\"li6\">Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<\/li><li class=\"li4\">Mandate reporting when
