POSITION SUMMARY:

The Program Manager works as part of a multi-disciplinary team in providing supervision to adult residents. The Program Manager will oversee a region which can include two to five facility homes. This position is involved in all aspects of managing services and staff for their region.

Job Type: Full Time Day Shift Pay: $80-95k

Work Location: San Joaquin region

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organization of the work of the facility and delegation of responsibilities to staff
  • Assessment of the facility operations and
  • Overseeing staff scheduling for
  • Regularly checking facility binders and client binders for accuracy and up to date
  • Supporting and giving direction to house staff, and supervising house
  • Ensure the provisions of services to clients with special health and mental health care needs with appropriate regard for the client’s physical and mental health well-being and needs, including those services identified in the client’s individualized health care plan.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least 21 years of
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least two (2) years of experience working in an administrative support
  • Experience working in the adult residential care industry is
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated in an often-ambiguous
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with individuals and
  • MS Office Suite proficiency: Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced
  • Proven track record with maintaining strict confidentiality and appropriately work with sensitive information/documents.
  • Act as a team member providing input and reporting observations and concerns regarding client
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to
  • PPD test for tuberculosis and satisfactory
  • Valid driver’s
  • CPR/First Aid/BLS

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to walk or stand for long periods of
  • Ability to travel and work in an office
  • Ability to climb stairs multiple times a day and be able to lift and/or carry 25 pounds or
  • Ability to sit, rise, kneel, squat, twist, pull bend multiple times a
  • Ability to perform with repetitive maneuvers and manual
